JIM CORTEZ jasrac@aol.com Jim has been coaching YMCA swimming for 13 years and started the Grizzly High School team to offer the opportunity for his club swimmers to represent their school in IHSA competition. He graduated Gordon Tech and Northeastern Ill U. His high school teams were immediately successful placing 4th out of 22 teams in city swimming their first 2 years. He has had national top 16 Y qualifiers and Y State champs with his club the Irving Y Iguanas.
